| | | Premium Pricing, Average Cuisine Eurolounge appears to promise alot. As a regular shopper at Castle Towers, I reguarly see the plastered "small business of the year" awards all over the front windows. Never having been, I decided to give it a try. Inside, the decor of the restaurant is classy and warm colours provide an intimate atmosphere, giving you the impression that you will be in for a culinary delight.
This is far from the truth. Pricing is far from reasonable, and serving sizes are extremely small. The standard of food is acceptable, but is not inline with the prices on the menu, with the service sitting at around borderline. Many other restaurants in Sydney can offer a much better dining experience for alot less - with the same atmosphere.
Put simply, Eurolounge is a pretty picture, with no substance.

| | | Over rated !! Sadly for Eurolounge, I will have to agree with the previous post.
Upon entering this establishment, you feel a sense of good food complimented with good service coming on. However, this is far from what you should expect going to the Eurolounge in Castle Hill !
Except, what you should expect are small servings for a hefty price with a lack of presentation and not to mention the poor service from wait staff.
My personal opinion is that the owners have been distracted from all the hoax awards it has 'bought', I mean 'won' and now concentrate solely on their profits, the tradeoff being its customers.
If you are considering dining out at the Eurolounge, I would think again and consider yourself lucky for reading this post !!!!

I have to agree with you there on most things. Yes, the food portions are small. Yet, they are still tantalising for the tastebuds.
I also have a qualm about the way food service is handled. It will take around 20-30% longer for the food to get to the table once ordered than other fine dining restaurants I have dined at.
I attended the world famous "valentines dinner" at Eurolounge, and it took the waiters 20 mins to give us 2 glasses of water. The spatchcock was under-cooked, and the waiters forgot that we had already had our appetisers, and asked us over and over again. Not very professional, for a $90 pp dinner.
Overall, the food is great, yet overpriced. |

| | Interesting Thanks for your reviews guys. Interesting to hear how you really have to get the whole package right to have a successful restaurant.
So far what I am hearing from many reviews, is that food can be great, but service is where restaurants are most commonly let down. You can have high prices (size of serving seems to reduce as the price goes up) but the service expectation gets that much higher with the price.
One very popular restaurant has gone to the extent of not opening on two days of the week because they can't get trained skilled staff for those days.

| | | I'd have to agree with other diners, looks can definitely deceive. The restaurant looks great from the outside, the decor is nice, but the level of service is unsatisfactory and the food over priced. The staff are inexperienced and unprofessional. Not my choice for a business award, and I definitely would not recommend Eurolounge to friends. Very disappointing. | |
