i do not think that the whole arguement was because they were young
being only 17 i found the restaurant and service a lot better than what i have experienced before
and mainly because im young
my boyfriend and i had booked a table for valentines day
one of the busiest nights of the year and although when we got there and got told that our booking had been accidentally cancelled they were very courteous and did offer us a table and not out of sight as where we have been seated before at other restaurants because we're young
the service was great and we felt like valued customers and were very well attended too even though it was very busy
the food was also terrific even though we had to turn down the complimentary champagne and we were given a long stemmed rose to finish the night
i would gladly go back again

Sadly the restaurant person is always wrong. It is the one place where anybody can comlpain about something they often no nothing about. I for one appreciate the time you took to explain a bad review. And you are probably right, they should be at Mcdonalds!!
