As I live in the area, I have never had such a bad dinning experience. I had two guests in from Head office, we went for a walk down Norton St, and one of my guests said he had heard of it. So in we went.

Service was at first good, but after ordering we noticed that it was 7.00pm on a Wednesday night, we were the only customers. Not a bad sign as it often not busy in this area at this time. No drama.

I ordered veal cordon blue, my guests ordered seafood pasta. My veal was sent back four times as it was not cooked, the blood comeing out of the dish was normal according to the waitress. Put back in the microwave and baked again for 5 mins, still not cooked properly. After being told that it is now my problem as I didn't understand what it was I was ordering.

Sent back for the last time, I said I didn't want the dish anymore as it looked as if it had been beaten within an inch of its life. The senior waiter came over and said that they would prepare a new one. To my surprise they cooked it again in the microwave and flipped it over on the plate and re-arranged the veg, (which was stone cold).

My guests both felt their dishes weren't very good, and one complained that it was not heated properly. Needless to say he was sick for the 3 days he was here, with a food born illness.

They also tried to charge me for my meal, give us a break !! You lost some customers and I will go out of my way to advise clients and customers not to visit your restaurant.
