 OK. Just OK. Then they try to charge you corkage at a BYO only restaurant. What choice did I have? I'm not taking money from the owner by bringing my own wine - in fact they told us they were BYO when we booked. Then they tried to charge corkage. White wine, and NO ice bucket? |

| At BYO you normally pay for corkage Did you supply your own glasses? Did you uncork the bottle? Did you supply the table? It is very standard practice for BYO restaurants to charge corkage. They are in the business of providing a dining experience, and deserve payment for providing that experience. You always have the alternative of purchasing drinks from the restaurant. |
