This experience occurred Friday 10th August 2007
Initial service was fine but when we complained about one main dish the waiter took the dish away(3/4 full) and did not come back. We finally caught the attention of the owner/manager to complain ,he said we ate most of the dish which we denied-then he walked away. He returned 10 min later but when I sighed he took great offence and said I was going to deduct the price of that dish(unpalatable) but now only take off $8. When we paid the bill he repeated that he only deducted $8 because I sighed. I wondered if I had stepped into an episode of "Fawlty Towers". We have never in all our travels and restaurant experiences both in Australia and overseas have been treated so rudely over a $15 dollar dish.
