| | | My Favouritest Place in the World Ok - Chili's has to be my all time favourite restaurant. I've been probably close to 50 times in 4 years (excessive but worth it!).
Their gigantic Margarita's are to die for........ guaranteed a good sloshing there, and the meals are overly generous and I haven't eaten a bad one yet!
Well worth the effort to get there - i live roughly 89km away!! |

| | | Chilli's Our experience at Chilli's not really that good. For starters when we ordered the table was still dirty and we had to move the dirty plates ourselves. We did not get any cutlery and when we asked for the cutlery they told us that people usually eat with there hands!!!! The mains came out and the pasta looked like it had been sitting underneath the heat tray for a while, the burger was cold and the third meal was something that we did not even order. We took one bite and of the meals and that broke the straw. When asked if we liked the meal we said no and the waitress question us and gave us the third degree!!! Bad food and bad service not a good experience. By the way we where not the only one others sitting around us also had a bad experience. So be warned!!! |

| | Review for Chilis Campbelltown. - Letter to Mgr I just faxed this off to Mgr at Campbelltown Chilis. For the URGENT attention of Restaurant Manager of Chilis Campbelltown (Woodbine), I would like to make a formal complaint regarding my last visit to your restaurant last Friday night the 30th of September. Myself and my partner arrived at Chilis at around 8pm for what we thought would be a nice, enjoyable meal. We were advised to wait in the bar while a table was made available for us to dine at. We bought drinks and ordered our entree. When a table was made available, we were quickly escorted there. We ate our beautiful entree and ordered our main course. I ordered Chicken breast and ribs and my partner ordered Sizzling chicken fajitas. Our meals came to us in good time (Less then 20 minutes). However, even before tasting our food, there were problems with the meals in front of us. The “sizzling chicken” was not “sizzling”... As a matter of fact, it was not even luke warm; and there was clearly no capsicum present with the onion bed as was stated on the menu. When I ordered mine (Chicken breast and ribs), I was advised there was NO tomato on the chicken - or in the entire meal. I am highly allergic to tomato, which is why I asked for there to be none present at all on my plate. I received a chicken breast that was topped with cheese, bacon and tomato! I gave my meal to my partner to eat, as I was advised that it would take 15 minutes to replace my wrong meal. The ribs and chicken were not luke warm - they were stone cold! It seemed like they had recently been frozen! After our terrible main meals we decided to try our luck and have a dessert. We requested dessert menus 3 times and never received one. We then requested the bill. Also three times and after 45 minutes of waiting we were still given nothing! We had to physically go up to counter and pay for the bill. We told the girl at the checkout how long we had waited and how very unpleasant our meals were and she simply shrugged her shoulders and said nothing! No apology NOTHING! I spent over $100.00 on the absolute very worst dining experience of my life! I have receipts to produce, should you require them. I would deeply appreciate a response from management, regarding this matter. I chose your restaurant, believing it to be of outstanding quality, and I am at very least, disappointed. I wish to commend your staff member, Megan. She was, at all times courteous & accommodating. Megan is a credit to your establishment. Sadly, I cannot lend the same credence to any of the several other staff I dealt with that evening. Regards, Sarah |

| | Another Average Experience Sarah, I hope the manager got back to you about your bad experience. As somebody who also has a bad food allergy (in my case mushrooms) I fully understand how careful you have to be when dining out.......
In fact several of Sarah's experiences mirror ours. We were quickly seated and food & drink orders taken. Our food was disappointing, very cold and missing several ingredients. The margaritas were very good but everything else was a let down.
Staff weren't interested in the problems with our food and despite several requests we were unable to get second drinks or a dessert menu. Finally we had to walk up to the counter to pay the bill. The customer service is non-existant. There are so many poor reviews for this place on another restaurant review website.
As somebody who loves mexican style food I was disappointed with what Chili's had to offer. I feverently hope that management take an active hand and try to remedy the situation as it could be so much more. | |
