take a packed sandwhich if your going to eat here!!

they take SOOOO LONG to bring your food out that you begin to wonder if you should go into the kitchen to do it yourself

on weekends i am served very good and fresh salad
in chilis. its really good and i get food in a few minutes.

A message to the gum chewing waitress that served us on the 1st and last time we will dine here......"Don't chew with your mouth wide open, you look like a cow. Also try to smile (or at least look pleasant) and don't give the customers attitude."

Service was terrible (thanks Clarabelle the cow!!!), food was slapped down as somebody walked past. No offers of further drinks or dessert. To add insult to injury the food was bland and horrible.

Once was enough, never again.

Is it worth the wait???? We arrived at 6:30 pm, got instant service for drinks and placed our order through, barely a customer around. We thought it wouldn't take too long to get our meals, but after being offered drinks about 5 times, we were wondering if we were ever going to eat. Our pregnant guest was ready to eat the napkins she was so hungry. We eventually got served by 8:00 pm. Considering the only thing ordered was main meals for 6 people 1 1/2 hours wait for food delivery is very unsatisfactory. It takes the joy of going out away. I could have cooked a whole meal and cleaned up within this time if we had stayed home. Doubt we will be going back there again.

I agree with the comments made abouting 1 1/2 hours waiting time. I thought waiters were supposed to be the paid staff not the customers. I don't know if the "serving staff" (not to get confused with "waiters" being the customers) are armed with a quota of drinks they need to sell before they bring you your food.

My suggestion - see if they can accept your order before you leave home so it will be ready by the time you finish your first drink. This will be ideal for people coming from Katoomba or Sutherland.....those living in Wentworthville may want to put on a load of washing and hire a video after they place their order so they don't get there too early.
