 will never go back What an aweful experience! Our meal took 1 1/2 hours to arrive, I got half a glass of wine (paid for a whole glass), the garlic bread was cold and half frozen and when we complained the owner abused us, called us rude and told us it was our fault because we were late for our booking! When we were ignored for 20 mins after arriving. No apology except from the lady at the til who looked very embarrased about the owners ranting and raving. Several tables around us were all complaining and took at least an hour to get their meals and were disgusted at the lack of manners and customer service.  |
