 Could Do Better....... We walked into this place on a friday night & found it packed to the rafters. Noisy & vibrant we thought we were on to a good thing. Sadly we left feeling a little let down... The menu at Aldos is comprehensive, very comprehensive. Maybe that was the problem? With so many choices we found it hard to choose & it all sounded so impressive! Unfortunately what we ended up with was bland and generic tasting. Service was good considering how busy they were, but you could see staff were struggling. Full credit for grace under pressure, as staff were still very pleasant to customers. I was surprised to see a so many people eating at what a thought was an ordinary restaurant. Both price & portion size represented very good value and the restaurant seems very family friendly. Strange enough even though the place was busy there wasn't much atmosphere, just noise. I'll give them kudos for the wonderful pizzas they produce in their pizza cafe next door. We've eaten there several times & always leave happy.
