We decided we wanted to do something special for our wedding anniversary and the "Three In Hand" was the ideal choice.
It's such a wonderful idea, riding around the streets of historic Windsor (est. circa 1794) in a horse drawn carriage while enjoying some great food & wine.
You arrive at Tebbutts Observatory at approx 6:30 pm and are greeted with drinks and canapes while you make your menu selections. Once aboard you are presented with your entrees (from Tebbutts) and you depart. The next stop is off to the Sebel where you receive your main courses. Coffee and tea is collected from Biviano's and desert and an amazing fruit & cheese platter is prepared on board. You return to Tebbutts at approx 10:30pm
There are a couple of stops along the way to stretch your legs but there is something very special about enjoying a wonderful meal enjoying the gentle sway of the carriage & the clop of the three magnificent cyldesdale horses.
It's also very exclusive as dinning is limited to only eight people. Providing a five course meal and unlimited drinks at $140 per person it also represents fantastic value. The total trip is about four hours.
take someone special out for for something different. It's also very romantic.
