We are fortunate to have so many wonderful restaurants in the Hawkesbury and this would have to be one of the best...........

Platform 3 is set up in the courtyard of the Railway Hotel at Windsor. A lovely looking restaurant this place has a stunning ambience. Complimentary olives & turkish bread is a nice touch & is prepared at a chopping board near the enterance.

Staff are intelligent & non intrusive and can take you through every aspect of the menu. Customer service is excellent.

The food is truly wonderous, tastes as wonderful as it looks. A very creative menu, skillfully put together. Probably a tiny bit more expensive than some other local restaurants, but it is truly worth it for the quality of the meal. Portion size is very generous, especially the side dishes. Try the rack of lamb, mmmmmmm.........

There is no BYO (due to the Hotel's liquor license) or bar in the restaurant but wine can be purchased from the Railway Hotel with no corkage charge. They also make a mean coffee.

This restaurant is a real find & I'm glad I live so close to it. For those worried about drink driving the train is 200m down the road from the restaurant.

Give Platform 3 a try, you'll thank yourself later.......

Great food, wonderful service, children can draw on the tables as there is lovely white paper supplied, we were able to really enjoy the night even with 3 young boys, great atmosphere, lots to look at and take in, we were so looked after, youll love it

One of our favourites...........


We were lucky enough to dine here again last night and noticed some changes to the wonderful menu. Food is still spectacular and the service and quality beyond compare. We were quite late to arrive and yet staff were more than willing to accomdate us. A big thank you to all staff for that.

Platform 3 now have a jazz band for Sunday lunch (open to 4pm). What a wonderful way to spend a lazy sunny sunday arvo. It's such a shame we do weekend shift work . I think we deserve a day off for a long lunch soon......
