This venue has had a change of name (now Theodore's of Windsor) but thankfully they've kept the wonderful interior the same. The place is set up like an English pub and has a cosy and warm feel. It's lovely to come into a roaring fireplace in these colder months.

The wine list is much better than the Chardonnay heavy list the previous management had and there is a fine selection of cocktails and Boutique beers.

The menu is varied and they have kept the special nights that the Snooty had (ie $10 pasta on Weds). Presentation is great and the portions satisfy even the hungriest of patrons. The value is outstanding, especially given the quality of the food.

Worth the trip to Richmond, thankfully I live local.
