Fantastic thai, looks very drab from the outside but has a wonderful thai garden around the back. Its a must to book and ensure you ask for a table around the back.
Whilst the food itself is great, the front tables are not great for a cosy night as you have a lot of ppl traffic passing you.

Totally agree with jwalker.
Get a seat around the back for a great atmosphere. It is a different world than the front.
And the food is fantastic also.
It is my favourite Thai in Penrith

| | Better than Thailand
We have been eating at Three Junction Thai for years and have never been disappointed. The garden area at the back has atmosphere, the staff are welcoming, cheerful and efficient and the food is better than some of the most authentic places in Thailand.
Wallies.

Wallies. | Gotta agree with Wallies, it is outstanding service, fantastic staff, not a great deal to look at from the street level, but book, and get a seat out the back in the garden, and you will not be dissapointed with the food, atmosphere or the service! A must if you are out in the Penrith area and enjoy Thai food!

| | Never got to the eating stage
Having not eaten Thai food for a while, my family and I decided to purchase some take-away from the Three Junction restaurant. We carefully selected our courses via the menu already at home, then phoned it through. When questioned we were told home delivery was 30 minutes. The time at this point was about 7.40pm. We placed our order and were told that the cost was actually 25% more than we calculated ( as prices were printed on menu). When we questioned this we were told that the menu we had was obviously an old one, and prices had gone up. Ok, we thought, go ahead with the order - these things happen, and our menu had a print date of 2008. The order was re read back to us and we paid by credit card. We re-confirmed the delivery time as being 30 mins as previously told. NO, we were then told, " we are very busy, delivery at least 1 hour, maybe even longer. " Well, with that we decided to cancel ( and look elsewhere for a quicker meal as it was getting late and we were hungry). When we requested a cancellation we were told that they could not do a credit card cancellation. We sternly argued the point - and finally got our cancellation. We then drove to the restaurant to obtain a copy of the credit card cancellation, ( given the 'hard argument' just prior about the difficulty involved in a refund - a process that I'm sure this fellow would have carried out numerous times in the past ) and not really having much faith in his abilities. We arrived there about 10-12 minutes after we hang up. Surprise, surprise, not a single person was seated in that restaurant - so much for being 'very busy'. Also we took possession of a supposedly updated version of their take away menu which was placed on their counter in a large pile. Surprise again, the prices were identical to the ones printed on the menu at home. Their food may very well be great, BUT - having been stuffed around and clearly mislead too, I think we'll satisfy our desire for Thai food, from the other well boasted Thai restaurants in Penrith and the surrounding suburbs. I wont go back, and I truly hope they read this comment.
