This place is a JOKE!! We called and placed an order for delivery for $50 worth of food and after 2 hours and 15 minutes the delivery guy turns up with some pathetic excuse about getting lost (The restaurant is four streets away and is a 10 minute drive to our house). We told him that we we were not going to pay for food that was delivered late and was now cold and he told us that we could pay him half-price. No thanks!! I told him to take it back to the restaurant as it was no longer wanted.
I called the restaurant to make a complaint and the woman on the phone gave me a half-arsed excuse about being short one delivery driver tonight and also told me that the driver had gotten lost. I told her that it would have been nice if she or the driver had called us to let us know that there was a delay and an issue with finding our house. She didn't seem to care one bit and made no effort at all in assisting me. I will not bother wasting my time ordering from this place again as they don't care about customer service one bit.
