food was good. service was absolutely apalling. i went to montezumas with myself and to friends. we walked to the sign which said "please wait here to be seated" the restaurant wasnt busy however we were standing waiting being ignored by waitstaff for around 5 minutes. finally after approachin someone i was given a table. 15 minutes later we were waiting for some one to take our orders i got fed up and walked up to the main counter and asked to be served. our waitress casually strolled up to us and appeared half dead or high on dope i couldnt tell the difference. she took our orders after asking "sorry what was that" around 10 times. we also ordered three cokes.
20 minutes later we still had not received our cokes by this time i was thoroughly pissed off i walked up to our waitress and explained that we still did not have our drinks. she look at me and said "yeh well i dont make the drinks" ahh i was fuming but i kept my composure and said "well go to whoever it is who makes drinks to get them to our table now" 5 minutes later .... no drinks... i stormed over to the bar got my drinks told the barman about the horrible waitress and went back to my table
a further 20 minutes later after noticing that customers who had arrived after us had long had their meals i asked our lovely waitress why our meals were taking so long she said "ohh sorry" and walked off. then i saw the chef place 3 plates on the serving bench they were our meals. i fixed my eyes on our waitress who looked at the plates and proceeded to clean a table i watched this for around 2 minutes then pissed off like nothing else stuck my hand up and said there are my plates go and get them before they get cold please. so she returned with two of the three plates who belonged to my two friend and proceeded again to clean her tables YES I AM TELLING THE TRUTH !. i called her over and asked rather nicely for my plate. she returned and looked at me and said "whos this one for?" she could clearly see it belonged to me. i just eyed her with disgust and ate my meal with a knot in my stomach.
when we had finished i asked her for the bill a few minutes later i asked again and she replied with "i cant find it" ohhh i was pissed " just get me my bill" ahh i cant believe i refrained from cursing at her. i paid my bill complained to the boss and stormed out.. they lost 3 customers that night.
