I have never experienced worse customer service in Sydney. After waiting longer than their allocated time for our pizzas, we opened the boxes to find the pizza's edges were all burnt and there were pieces of black crust around the box. When we showed the three people behind the counter they tried to convince us that the black was just tomato sauce (and later that it was charcoal, like that made paying $13 for it ok) and that it was 'supposed' to be like that. After telling them that the previous time we ordered, the pizzas weren't like that, these three people rudely told us that it wasn't their problem.

After talking between themselves about how stupid we were being (right in front of us), one of them said to try the black pieces and if we didn't like it, they'd give us a refund.

Finally they gave us a refund (while making fun of us for not even trying the burnt pizzas).

I have never written reviews before but I've never been more angered by such rudeness.
