Best. Tapas. Ever.
i went here with a large group of 20 people for my birthday, and was treated to some of the best food, best sangria, best service and overall one of the most enjoyable nights ever.
The owner was paying close attention to us all night, and at times even delivered the food and drinks personally which is something i've never seen before. Santi kept coming and talking to our group to make sure we were all well catered for, and the waitresses were professional, courteous and damn cute! I will definitaly be goibng back here soon, maybe even this weekend.
I also ate at Captain Torres a few weeks before, and I'm sorry, but it doesn't even COMPARE to Miro. When you compare the mouth watering array of tasty salads, spicy sausage, sizzling prawns, crispy potato and unbelievable sangria available at Miro to the pathetic table of tinned olives, woolworths kebabs and watered down sangria at Torres....Miro wins hands down... but that's not fair, because Torres shouldn't even be in the same game!

I'm STILL dreaming about those damn sausages and the prawns...

I have too say their calamari is yum, and this was before we had a couple of carafe's of sangria too! Will be back

I have dined at Miro Tappas with a group of friends and after reading the reviews I would have to say that the person who has quoted this place to be of bad service and a waste of money is wrong. This restaurant is tasteful, the waiters/waitresses are fantastic and offer professionalism to accomodate to your needs. The food is fantastic and it is at a reasonable price. I have to also say there sangria is the best sangria i have ever tasted.

I would gladly recommend this place to anyone wanting the Spanish experience, you have to at least try it once to decide for yourself.

I would have to agree with the former response. Although the food was lovely the service put a very foul taste in my mouth. In a word to describe it: Arroganace. It's amazing people actually put up with this when they dine out. And that was from an older gentleman. Not very Australian of you. Appaling.

I have frequent Miro at least a couple of times each month in the last 6 months since discovering it in August 2004, entertaining friends both local and international guests and has never had an incident whereby we were being rude to or have not been served well by the employees of this restaurant. This anonymous person's posting had been wilful and immature. I'd recommend rather that you (the readers) ought to go there to experience it for yourself then come back here and post your own reviews on how it really is!

Dine here with my daughter. What terrible service. I will be spreading the world. Very unhappy. Left feeling aweful.
