Miro Tapas Bar Restaurant

There seems to be a lot of fuss over this Tapas bar. I was looking for a Spanish place to eat tonight with some mates afte the flicks. Will have to go and see what all the fuss is about. Will report back on Monday

Well, what can I say????!!! I won't be going here again. Need I say more? Food is actually not bad but the service shocking.

My friends and I are the ones that originally placed complaints against this restaurant after a bad experience in April. I apologise that we didn't register so now that I have I can rebut on Gallallios response (or what ever your name is). I am sorry but I think you have the wrong table. Perhaps someone neasr you also experienced a bad night there as we do not know you!! I was there at a friends dinner, invited personally by HER and have no idea who you are as we ALL hated it there. If my thoughts are correct, as Sarah_L states, which I am indeed sure they are, you are someone that works at the restaurant and perhaps even the owner who was so rude to us???? Readers please know that I do not know this person! Unless there was indeed seperate mishaps at this bad restaurant. I hope the administrators take this in to account as although we never signed in ,we all left our responses one afternoon from my apartment after discussions of how terrible the experience was.

Well this place has an interesting thread hopping along hasn't it. I totally agree with people putting forward their honest experiences on this site as it gives us all a guide into choosing interesting places to dine.
Though with multiple posts, annonymous posts and posts from the same IP address this does seem like a bit of a witch hunt.
I have been looking for a Tapas restaurant to go to next Friday night (28th July). Unfortunately there are not many good ones in Sydney.
Seeing that everyone seems to agree that the food is good but differ on the service and attitude I will give this place a try and report back , without predudice.

Hi all, am looking for somewhere funky to go for dinner with some friends and found Miro on the Eatbility site. From 47 reviews, it had a rating of 7.9/10 which is pretty good. The website was well set up and it looks great, and not too pricey. So, just to make sure Im making the right decision, I checked out some other reviews, including the ones on this site. WOW Controversy huh? Funny thing is, whoever was giving those bad reviews - many at the same time apparently - gave reviews on other sites on the same day at the same time and bagged the place out.

Now Im not only going there because of the good reviews, but Im very curious!!! Will tell you all how it goes....
